Jakarta, Spasi-id.com - Indonesia will soon apply a non-touch or multi-lane free flow transaction system, aka pay the toll without stepping on the brake pedal. Before the system is applied, it will be tested first at the end of this year.
The Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing (PUPR) has set up five topics that will be used for a tryout without cards or multi-lane free flow.
According to Danang Parikesit, the Chief of the BPJT mentioned, these five tolls include Bala Bali Manboda, Jagorik Tol, Jakartak-Climate, Inner Tol JORR (including Aran-Serong Hut).
"In the tryouts, five tollbooth with a non-touch payoff system," he lights up.
The five freeway fields that will be the test site are 80 percent representatives of the entire highway traffic in Indonesia.
The payment for the freeway without this card will be made via the Cantonese application. On a test run, highway users are expected to download any of the Cantonese apps that will be launched in December 2022.
