Candrawati's daughter became the fifth suspect in the case of Brigadier J. earlier, the police had already set out to be Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier Ricky Rigal or RR, Bharada Richard Eliezer or E and KM.
Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier RR, and KM were snared Article 340 subsider Article 338 juncto Article 55 and Article 56 KUHP, and threatened with death penalty, life imprisonment, and forever 20 years in prison. For Bharada E was snared Article 338 KUHP juncto Article 55 KUHP and 56 KUHP with 15-year-old prison threats.
