Dewan juri KASAD Award terdiri atas tujuh tokoh yang mumpuni di bidang masing-masing. Diketuai oleh Ketua Dewan Pers Ninik Rahayu, Kadispenad Brigadir Jenderal Hamim Tohari, peneliti komunikasi Effendi Gazali, Ketua Badan Pengurus SETARA Institute Ismail Hasani, Ketua Asosiasi Media Siber Indonesia (AMSI) Wenseslaus Manggut, dan dua perwakilan perusahaan media, yakni Arif Zulkifli dari Tempo dan Sonya Hellen Sinombor dari Kompas.
Acara ini dihadiri sejumlah menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju, pejabat negara dan instansi, pejabat utama Jajaran TNI dan Polri, pemuka agama, serta puluhan Pemred media massa.
Acara yang dipandu Letkol Tituler Dedy Corbuzier dan Ida Parwati tersebut juga dimeriahkan oleh penampilan Kartika Symphoni Orchestra TNI AD, peraih berbagai penghargaan tingkat nasional dan internasional, sebagai pengiring alunan nada. (Dispenad/Hendi)
