Kabid Humas Polda Lampung, Kombes Zahwani Pandra Arshad confirmed Aipda Ahmad Karanka was shot by Aipda Ruyanto who served Canit Provos Polsek Way.
Aipda Rudi was arrested three hours after the shooting incident. He was captured by a joint team of the Central Lap Police and Loan Police at his residence in the Surround Village, the Big Bang, the Midway around 00.30 WIB.
