Jakarta, Spasi-id.com - after a long time not playing and behind the scenes, now actor friend Johnny Depp returns to direct the film for the first time in a quarter century.
The actor will be back behind the camera for Modigliani film, a biographical drama about Italian Amedeo Modigliani artists, like he quoted Variety on Tuesday (16 / 8 / 2022).
Modigliani took a background in Paris in 1916 and told the story of painter and sculptor Amedeo Modigliani.
"The story of Mr. Modigliani's life is one that I deeply appreciate, and truly humble, to bring to the screen," said Johnny Depp in a statement.
"It was a very difficult life, but ultimately achieved victory, a universal human story that could be identified by all the audience," the cover.
Al Pacino will act as a producer in that movie along with Barry Navidi. IN.2, European production company Infinitum Nihil, supports the film.
This film is Johnny Depp's latest attempt to restart his career after the trial of libel against ex-wife Amber Yard.
