Jakarta, Sandai-id.com - after the final trial process of Medina Zein is sentenced to 1.5 years in prison in case of threats against the Uci Flowdea entrepreneur. The trial takes place today, Monday (19 / 9 / 2022) at the South Jakarta State Court.
In the court, the prosecution has asked the judge to state that the threat to Medina Zein against Uci Flowdea is a felony for violating Article 27 of (4) ITE and Article 335 KUHP.
"We demand that the court of judges on this matter declare that the defendant Medina Susti alias Medina Zein be legally proven guilty, intentionally and without the right to distribute and or cause accessible electronic information that holds the threat," said the prosecutor.
The prosecution also asks the judge to drop a prison sentence for Medina Zein as a matter of responsibility for his actions.
"Dropping a felony against the defendant with a life sentence for a year and six months, minus the term he's been serving," said the DA added.
In response to the prosecution's claim, Medina Zein passed her legal team claiming to file a plea note or a pledoi.
