According to General Criminal Director Barescrem Polri Brigjen Andi Rian Djasso, there are no provisions set to present any deceased or law enforcement victims.
"The required presence in the reconstruction process is investigator, public prosecutor (JPU), suspect and witness and legal authority," Andi said when confirmed.
Andi explained, reconstruction or reenactment is in the interest of investigation and prosecution. So, the suspects are required to attend.
He also called, it's being watched by external parties as a form of transparency. "The re-enactment is monitored by the Police Commissioner, Human Rights and LSK," he says.
Earlier, Brigadier J's family attorney Kamarudin Simanunga admitted not to follow the reconstruction process of the murder at Sambo Street Salol III, South Jakarta, Tuesday (30 / 8).
