Jakarta, Sandai-id.com - Government via Finance Minister (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati states, the fuel subsidy quota prepared by the government won't be enough until the end of the year.
Therefore, the government has decided to add a quota of Pertalite and Solar. The stock for Pertalite of 23 million KL increases to about 29 million KL while the previous Solar is estimated only about 15 million KL has been raised to 17.4 million KL.
With that addition, subsidy and compensation budget is expected to increase from Rp 502.4 trillion to Rp 650 trillion to late 2022.
"We're raising a fuel subsidy quota in anticipation of people's movements. Of course we'll communicate to the House later," said Deputy Treasury Minister Nazara in Jakarta, Monday (5 / 8 / 2022).
Results confirm, addition to quota so that people don't have to worry about the shortages of fuel subsidies. Because the government has estimated the fuel quota to maintain Pertalite and Solar availability throughout the gas station until the end of the year.
"We want to make sure that the public can buy all over the gas station with access, availability. Pertamina also ensures the goods will remain, Pertalite and Solar. Therefore, people don't have to worry about the volume provided," said the result.
