That rule allows the airline to increase the cost of airlines to maximum jet 15 percent of the upper limit rates, and 25 percent of aircraft propeller.
Main Director of the Indonesian Garuda (brasero) Tbk Irfan Selaapustra says, one of the factors does not increase the plane ticket price seeing the prices of avtur prices beginning to decline.
"Now that we're review, it looks like avtur prices are down. It's not fair that avtur prices are down, Garuda is up because there's a Minister of Relationship rule," said Irfan in Jakarta.

Irfan confirmed that the Indonesian Garuda was siding with passengers not to raise the ticket price.

In the previous rule, additional costs for aircraft are a maximum of 10 percent of the upper limit rates, and for aircraft are a maximum of 20 percent of the upper limit rates.
