In the Ferdy Sambo inspection, Taupir revealed that the Human Rights Komnas team had asked the 2nd Star General about Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E, who was dragged into the case of the alleged murder. In this case, according to police statements, Sambo suspected strongly ordered Bharada E to shoot Brigadier J.
"He (Ferdy Sambo) said I was also guilty of Richard (Bharada E)," say Taufan.
Besides Bharada E, Taufan revealed, Sambo has shot Brigadier J twice. Five shots were fired at Brigadier J. The description itself based on Bharada E. 's confession.
"The first forensics was seven holes. Because it's in a certain part of the bullet that goes into somewhere and goes into another. So, it's not two bullets, it's one bullet with two holes,
Police have so far established five suspects involved in the alleged murder of Brigadier J. They are Sambo, Bharada E, Bripka Ricky Rial or Bripka RR, Kuwat Maruf, and recently Sambo's wife, Princess Candrawathi.
For the Princess, he was called on the scene of a crime that became part of a premeditated murder against Brigadier J.
The entire suspect is in violation of Article 340 subsider Article 338 juncto Article 55 juncto Article 56 KUHP.
