Jakarta, Spasi-id.com - Head of global music YouTube Lyor Cohen appreciates YouTube for the profit of Rp89.5 trillion from the music business in July 2021 to June 2022.
"I'm very proud of YouTube's progress in pushing income back into the music industry," he said as quoted, Wednesday (14 / 9 / 2022).
Not only from music, YouTube was also able to profit by Rp108 trillion during the second quarter of the advertising business.
"We stay focused on being the number-one revenue contributor to the industry while also building music experiences that are connected to all the format music for fans and artists that enable discovery, consumption, and participation," it says.
